CARINI Coaching and Development was born out of a career spent inside organizations — leading teams, navigating change, and watching firsthand how leadership quality shapes everything from culture to results. After years of executive roles and organizational work, our founder recognized a gap: leaders were being asked to perform at the highest levels without the support, reflection, or development they needed to truly excel.
We started CARINI to close that gap. Based in Northville, Michigan, we work with executives, senior leaders, and organizations across industries — bringing a practitioner's perspective, evidence-based methodology, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
